Workyou ll do

As a Manager, you will lead and deliver smallor components of large, complex client engagements that identify, design, andimplement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Manager levelresponsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying keyclient business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standardassessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating andvalidating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in thecontext of the overall engagement. Youwill be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables andeffectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptionalperformance. Managers participate in thedevelopment and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

The team

M&A | Restructuring and CostTransformation

Our mandate is to enable our clients ability to grow, optimize, and fundamentally change the nature of theirbusiness and competitive position. We do this via M&A, divestiture, andrestructuring services from beginning to end. Our Offering enables pre-deal andpost-deal integration, divestiture, and major restructuring/cost transformationactivities to achieve/exceed deal value, synergy targets, or strategic costtakeout objectives.

Integration and Divestiture Strategy and Execution helps define the approach tointegrate and/or divest client assets in a manner that realizes the valueassociated with the deal. Our M&A Finance team advises, implements, anddelivers transformative solutions to clients to optimize their financeactivities due to a pending/completed transaction, restructuring and strategiccost transformation event. We advise and support clients throughout the entireM&A lifecycle, from strategy to execution, while driving value in specificaspects of the lifecycle. This end-to-end approach, involving many specialists,increases efficiency and information sharing. It also helps achieve asuccessful Day 1 and realization of planned and required synergies. Our M&A Finance Offering is uniquelypositioned to support the CFO and the Finance Function throughout all aspectsof an M&A transaction.

Qualifications

A candidate must meet the minimum experience in M&A orM&A Service Delivery below:

o -{PS..0}->Manage engagementsthrough the complex transitions that come with transactions and transformationsthat are part of that journey including: target identification and pre-deal duediligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies, and synergy targets, developing Day 1projects and plans and post Day 1 planning and execution.

o Provide corporateand private equity buyers with a broad continuum of advisory services tosupport mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures,disposition alternatives and post-transaction activities.

o -{PS..1}->Synthesizeoverall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the mostrelevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as businesscase, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting onoutputs.

o Provide industryinsight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, datavisualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis andalgorithms that enables pre-deal and post-deal integration, divestiture, andmajor restructuring/cost transformation activities to achieve/exceed dealvalue, synergy targets, or strategic cost takeout objectives.

o -{PS..2}->Identify keyclient business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standardassessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating andvalidating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in thecontext of the overall engagement.

o Manage integrated,cross-functional teams to deliver M&A engagements across all of phases ofthe M&A lifecycle include due-diligence, pre-close, and post-mergerintegration.

o -{PS..3}->Manage anddeliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implementcreative business solutions for large companies.

o Provide the M&A expertiserequired to unlock deal value and execute issue-free integrations within theFinance function; provide clients with the tools and strategic insights tonavigate change and capture value.

-{PS..4}->Bachelor's degree and 6 yearsconsulting and/or industry experience; alternatively an MBA with 5 yearsrelevant work experience is acceptable.

Ability to travel 80-100%.

Additional Requirements:

-{PS..5}->Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

-{PS..6}->Apply practical experience withcommunications, culture, and change management.

Ability to work independently andmanage multiple task assignments.

-{PS..7}->An advanced degree is preferred.
