The Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) offering portfolio pairs leading acquisition anddivestiture experience with broad global scale and industry and functionaldepth.Driving a deal to value creation requiresidentifying a critical sequence of activities and milestones but also lining upthe resources and tools to achieve them. Within our M&A offering portfolio, the M&A Finance offeringprovides the functional expertise required to unlock deal value and executeissue-free integrations within the Finance function. Our practitioners combine transaction-driven experiencewith deep finance strategy and process knowledge to provide clients with thetools and strategic insights to navigate change and capture value.

Workyou ll do

As aSenior Manager, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagementsthat identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutionsfor large companies. Senior Managersare expected to contribute to thefirm's growth and development in a variety of ways. You will be responsible for engagementmanagement:

Lead engagement planning and budgeting;mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content;facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at theclient; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagementeconomics; manage engagement risk.

Senior Managersmanage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors:

-{PS..0}->Participate in Business Development,develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizeand lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposaldevelopment process, contribute to the development of proposal pricingstrategies.

Senior Managersmust contribute to Practice Development & Eminence:

Develop practical solutions and methodologies,develop "thoughtware" and "point- of-view" documents,participate in public speaking events, get published in industryperiodicals.

As a SeniorManager you will be responsible for people development:

-{PS..1}->Perform the role of counselor andcoach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, activelyparticipate in staff recruitment and retention activities, provide leadershipand support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

M&A | Restructuring and CostTransformation

Our mandate is to enable our clients ability to grow, optimize, and fundamentally change the nature of theirbusiness and competitive position. We do this via M&A, divestiture, andrestructuring services from beginning to end. Our Offering enables pre-deal andpost-deal integration, divestiture, and major restructuring/cost transformationactivities to achieve/exceed deal value, synergy targets, or strategic costtakeout objectives.


A candidate must meet the minimumexperience in one or more of the below:

Must have a minimum of 8 years M&Aor M&A Service Delivery:

-{PS..2}->Manage pre-deal and post-deal integration, divestiture, and majorrestructuring/cost transformation activities to achieve/exceed deal value,synergy targets, or strategic cost takeout objectives including: targetidentification and pre-deal due diligence, M&A roadmaps, strategies, andsynergy targets, developing Day 1 projects and plans and post Day 1 planningand execution.

Manage service excellence by identifying key client business issues,determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniquesand tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis anddeveloping recommendations for the client in the context of the overallengagement.

-{PS..3}->Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagementteams and define deliverable structure and content.

Provide corporate and private equity buyers with a broad continuum ofadvisory services to enable our clients ability to grow, optimize, andfundamentally change the nature of their business and competitive position viaM&A, divestiture, and restructuring services from beginning to end.

-{PS..4}->Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in both the corporate and privateequity space; execute synergy targeting and realization and conduct operatingmodel fine-tuning and organizational design.

Provide the M&A expertise required to unlock deal value and executeissue-free integrations within the Finance function; provide clients with thetools and strategic insights to navigate change and capture value.

-{PS..5}->Manage integrated, cross-functional teams that deliver M&Aengagements across all of phases of the M&A lifecycle includedue-diligence, pre-close, and post-merger integration.

Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors;develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.

-{PS..6}->Facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at theclient; manage engagement economics and risk.

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process;contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

-{PS..7}->Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staffrecruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support fordelivery teams and staff in local offices.

Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, bycontributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of marketeminence.

Additional Requirements:

-{PS..8}->Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentationskills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability toexercise mature judgment.

-{PS..9}->Apply practical experience with communications, culture, and changemanagement.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

-{PS..10}->An advanced degree is preferred.
