Work You'll Do:
Collaborate with the marketing and business stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns
Develop and drive fully integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels
Facilitate thoughtware execution and commercialization including go-to-market launch and promotion
Develop marketing content including copy creation, edits, and optimization in support of the MARS growth strategy
Support events including pre, during and post event activities and ROI capture
Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
5+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative
Strong persuasive skills and able to gain consensus through influence
Strong project management skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in a large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus
Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
