Experiences Lead - CMO Program - US Executive Accelerators, Deloitte Services LP

Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) are under incredible pressure to perform as not only the creative minds, but as the growth drivers, customer champions, data experts, and change agents in their organizations. This expanded, enterprise-wide role presents marketing leaders with new opportunities and new challenges as they grapple with how to deliver as a strategic leader in their organization.

The CMO Program (CMOP) team sits within Deloitte's Executive Accelerators organization, which supports client account leaders and teams in helping key client executives, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges. We create experiences that support CMOs across their career journey, whether they are aspiring to be a CMO, transitioning to a CMO role, or looking to elevate their performance in the C-suite. The CMOP Experiences Lead will be responsible for supporting the Client Experience team in the management of the lab experience pipeline, and the design and delivery of client experiences, including the Next Generation CMO Academy.

As an Experiences Lead on the Chief Marketing Officer Program (CMOP) team, you'll have a unique opportunity to help create innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for marketing executives from the world's leading brands.

In this role, you will:

Support the CMO Transition Lab experience (35%)

  • Support the CMO Transition Lab experience, which includes proactively coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional lab experiences for marketing executives transitioning into new roles.

  • Provide robust PMO support, to include stakeholder outreach, tracking and reporting, and extensive coordination activities.

  • Assist in the creation of 'next generation' Lab reporting processes, including including impact tracking and other process improvements.

  • Occasionally support Lab execution.

Support delivery of the Next Gen CMO Academy (55%)

  • Support design and delivery of client experiences, including the annual Next Generation CMO Academy.

  • Support preparation for 50 senior marketing executives to make the most of the exclusive, best-in-class Academy leadership development experience.

  • Perform expansive project management support, coordinating across a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Provide Experiences team project management and value tracking support (10%)

  • Contribute to strategy development for client experiences across career journeys.

  • Manage reporting and metrics that demonstrate the value delivered from CMOP experiences.

  • Provide project management and delivery for CMOP special projects tied to client experiences.

  • Work collaboratively with CMOP team members, promoting cross-team connectivity and high-quality experience delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years direct experience serving clients and delivering services through a function.

  • Prior experience working within an established marketing department a plus.

  • Robust experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to communicate compelling stories.

  • Experience creating reports in Excel and deriving insights from data.

  • Experience creating reports and working with data in Salesforce.

  • Prior experience with Qualtrics strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey concise and critical messages.

  • Ability to grasp overall objectives and connect to experience delivery and execution.

  • Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize group discussions into concise and concrete bullet points and convert abstract dialogue into actionable themes.

  • Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively, and operating effectively in ambiguity.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • Ability to manage work across multiple streams, shifting across multiple projects thoughtfully and seamlessly.

  • Excellent presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills.

  • Manages risks, knowing what and when to escalate issues to workstream leaders.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Travel up to 25%.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

  • Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization are desirable.

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78,570 to $161330.
