Human Resource Transformation Regional Sales Executive

If so, Deloitte Services LP is looking for a top-performing HR Transformation Sales Executive to pursue clients and manage client relationships within its Human Resource Transformation (HRT) service line.

The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as the sales lead throughout the sales process.

What you'll do:

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling strategic solutions as part of Deloitte s HRT practice. The role involves:

  • Work closely with Principals, Partners, and Managing Directors across Human Capital, Technology, S&O, Industry and Account teams to identify new opportunities and relationships for HRT services.

  • Focus on selling strategic HRT services such as technology roadmap, business case development and design projects, software selections, HR operating model evaluations, Deloitte digital applications and workforce insight projects.

  • Client facing lead on these HRT strategic sales pursuits from opportunity identification and qualification through close

  • Maintain the strategic HRT sales pipeline in the region and report it to the service line leaders

  • Maintain client relationships from strategic projects through execution of large scale technology implementation programs.

  • Be the central point of contact on cross package technology pursuits

  • Develop targeted plans with HRT Industry leaders to expand the range of HRT services sold into key accounts.

  • Direct the technology alliance managers (Oracle, Workday, SAP/SF) in their efforts to discover new opportunities

  • Identify cross channel conflicts

  • Coordinate cross package sales activities during selection projects

  • Work with technology alliance vendors to determine solution details and approach

  • Infiltrate and influence decision-makers at the highest levels within accounts

  • Teamwork, foster relationships, and develop consensus
