Deloitte Finance Transformation Co-Op Intern - Summer 2025 in Boston, Massachusetts
The Finance & Administration Transformation group is an internal consulting group that partners with the Deloitte CFO and Finance leadership to shape the future of Finance at Deloitte. Some examples of these initiatives include leading a Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, assessing the Finance & Administration's organizational structure and strategic priorities, identifying and implementing digital finance solutions, and helping the Deloitte businesses achieve predictable, profitable growth.
Work you'll do
You'll be working with team members in the Transformation group to execute strategic initiatives that pave the way to achieving our vision of a world-class Finance organization. You will support efforts to identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and realign the Finance organization to realize opportunities. These initiatives are high visibility projects sponsored by the Deloitte CFO to help Finance achieve its long-term goals.
Specific tasks will include creating PowerPoint presentations to communicate various aspects of the initiatives to senior Deloitte leadership, both within Finance & Administration as well as other functions. You may also develop, own and modify detailed Excel models to conduct what-if analyses and perform other analytical tasks. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with staff, managers and senior managers across multiple Deloitte functions and geographies.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in progress in these areas of study: Finance, Statistics, Economics, Analytics with an expected graduation between December 2025 and August 2026
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Minimal travel required; this role is predominantly remote with the option to work from home or a nearby Deloitte office
The start date for this position will be in July 2025
Preferred:
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred)
Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations
Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders
Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects
Strong commitment to integrity and confidentiality

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $36/hour
