Opportunity to work as a Technology Preferred Provider (TPP) Senior Manager in conjunction with TPP leadership, Seth Montgomery and Ayan Chatterjee.
About TPP
TPP is a long term, strategic growth play for the firm. TPP allows us to access client's technology spend through an exclusive procurement-driven relationship framework. Since inception, over the past two years, the TPP PMO has stood up a strong set of initial capabilities impacting almost all aspects of our practice (talent, legal, risk, pricing, resource management, sales, etc.). The TPP team is seeking a full-time Senior Manager to drive strategic thinking across the firm to help effectively double the TPP portfolio and help TPP Accounts significantly mature and scale their capabilities and drive profitability.
Work You'll Do
In this role, you would be a critical member of the TPP leadership team and be responsible for managing the TPP portfolio and driving engagement across the Industry TPP Leaders to strategically grow the portfolio and scale TPP accounts. As the TPP Senior Manager you will work in conjunction with TPP and Firm leadership to define and drive the TPP strategy, leading strategic initiatives and working across the firm's matrix on internal adoption and go-to-market collaboration. Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Consulting and occasionally other businesses, including the Offering Portfolio leadership team, LCPs, Operate leadership and various stakeholders in the Enabling functions.
Key responsibilities may include:
Defining portfolio and TPP Account growth strategy in partnership with TPP, Offering and Industry leaders
Driving operational excellence across the TPP account portfolio to double the TPP portfolio and drive revenue growth at TPP accounts
Engage with senior TPP account and offering leaders to propagate TPP and break down barriers to success
Lead overall strategy efforts and drive execution of strategic priorities. FY23 will have strong focus on strategies to improve account operations and enable scaled and JIT resourcing capabilities
Coordinate activities to drive leadership alignment (e.g., TPP strategy workshops, leadership meetings with Offering Portfolio (OP) and Industry leaders, Commercial leaders, LCPs)
Work with TPP PMO Sr. Manager to define and lead projects for the TPP PMO, including management of junior staff, execution and delegation of project activities and coordination with cross-functional teams
Identify, design, and lead execution of ad hoc projects and initiatives on behalf of the TPP leader
Support performance management process for TPP team

Qualifications
Technology Preferred Provider experience or Chief of Staff experience at the senior manager level required
Unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables)
Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm, including leadership
Team player with a "customer focused" mentality
Successful operating in an unstructured environment
Ability to coordinate across many constituents
Understanding of the firm initiatives and systems
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to dive into detail when needed
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $153,000 to $280,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
