CTS Lead Manager, Learning & Development

The Learning Delivery team partners and collaborates with many parts of the talent organization to enable the delivery of learning programs.

Work you ll do

As a member of the CTS Development Delivery team, you will act as first among equals and lead a team with a focus on effective and leading-edge learning and development designs that align with learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Develop and execute an optimum delivery strategy through collaboration with the talent development leaders and managers, Core Talent Services and business leaders. Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes. Participate and support operational priorities that impact broader Delivery or CTS Development team. Drive continuous process improvement and coordination within business in which you are aligned as well as share best practices cross-businesses. Build, manage and leverage relationships with Talent and business colleagues.

  • Partner with COE Development leadership to develop and execute the business delivery strategy. Strategize and deliver established learning programs with COE Development Leads and Managers

  • Manage Delivery team members including Delivery Managers, Lead Specialists, and Delivery Specialists to successfully execute on the CTS vision

  • Partner with business aligned USI counterparts to meet business goals and CTS priorities

  • Participate and/or lead strategic CTS Delivery projects developed to meet business goals, build efficiencies or drive process improvements

  • Oversee the delivery of new learning and capability development programs and optimize delivery resources through collaboration with the Talent Development COE.

  • Manage and execute communications in collaboration with the Talent Development COE and National Meeting Services

  • Ensure successful implementation of delivery processes for virtual and live classroom deliveries and programs at Deloitte University, in local offices, and off-site hotels and conference centers

  • Ensure national policies, programs and guidelines are followed by the team and manage escalations/exceptions, accordingly

  • Act as a learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals

  • Establish the right communications vehicles and project management tools to ensure real-time and close connection to business leaders, organizational priorities and changes.

  • Demonstrate initiative, recommend and implement delivery process improvements to increase efficiency, and constantly moving learning to the next level

  • Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities, as appropriate
