Social Media Specialist (Senior Consultant)

We are looking for a savvy, passionate and dynamic social media specialist who will build social strategies, architect content, and scale a social selling program across the Deloitte Consulting business with the goal of empowering Deloitte leaders and professionals to consistently and effectively engage on social platforms about the issues that matter the most. What you'll do:

  • Design and architect social media strategies for our highest priority marketing campaigns across the Consulting business, working closely with marketing and communications leaders, with a focus on KPIs and data to optimize performance

  • Build dynamic communities of social influencers by advising on how to maximize the value of a social selling program to the business

  • Build and implement strategy for social selling program expansion beyond initial pilot groups, including identifying high potential businesses, defining content best practices, establishing a holistic network of content contributors and driving connectivity between social awareness-building activities and lead generation to support business growth

  • Drive close coordination with business and marketing leaders to identify content strategy, and build content streams aligned with business goals

  • Manage program risk, including ensuring program is continually compliance with evolving controls

  • Track ongoing success of program through ongoing performance metrics analysis, including continually identifying opportunities to iterate on program success based on key insights, learnings and overall adoption

Deloitte Consulting's Marketing team provides value to the US Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing and communications solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing and communications plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our internal and external audiences, deliver on the strategy of our businesses, and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.

Qualifications include:

  • 5-7 years of experience driving results via social, including deep understanding and experience with designing and implementing social strategies in pursuit of campaign objectives and business growth

  • Experience driving strategic transformations across large, highly matrixed B2B organizations

  • Experience with marketing operations transformation and/or demand generation with a specific focus on social selling preferred

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with hands-on experience coordinating across multiple projects to meet timelines

  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively problem solve with sound business judgement, while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal / presentation / written), and interpersonal skills with track record of partnering with and presenting to senior management

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong value for diversity, team culture, and collaboration in a remote environment

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Economics / Communications / Marketing; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus

  • Understanding of GDPR and privacy laws

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Eloqua and other MarTech comms tools / platforms preferred
