Agile Marketing Project Manager

Location: Flexible/Open

We are looking for a passionate and energetic agile project management leader to join our Consulting Marketing team to foster new ways of working and drive management of campaigns against ROI in close collaboration with marketing.

The Team

Deloitte's Consulting Marketing team provides value to the U.S. Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure alignment of campaign management goals to desired marketing campaign ROI

  • Develop recommended meeting / stand-up architecture that enables teams to effectively collaborate with key marketing and business stakeholders

  • Lead campaign teams in applying agile methodologies to planning, execution and optimization

  • Develop processes that ensure the successful delivery of creative assets and other execution deliverables; coach teams to develop and oversee agile sprint plans, timelines and workflows for marketing campaigns

  • Oversee requirements to ensure campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented and accomplished, while carefully managing scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules

  • Delegate tasks to team members based on agile project management guidelines

  • Manage quality control for all projects against agile standards and oversee capacity and other key project management KPIs, including team satisfaction, to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects; identify course corrective actions to optimize

  • Utilize agile expertise, knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology to make recommendations on leading, innovative, or other processes to increase efficiency and effective of Marketing Project Management activities

    Qualifications Include:

  • 7-10 years professional experience in project management, with bachelor's degree and PMP or six-sigma certification required

  • Depth in digital marketing strategy, campaign management and marketing process management required

  • Agile certification or deep experience in agile project management required

  • Deep experience in project management software tools, with a preference for Workfront experience

  • Client-service mindset, with demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery

  • Strong team player who can build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization

  • Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities

  • Availability for limited travel, if needed

    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
