Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Advisory Associate 6 in Boston, MA.

Work You ll Do

Offer a wide variety of finance transformation services; identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement; apply advanced business processes, internal control risk management and IT controls and related standards; implement complex business and information technology management processes; assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects; utilize a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, Deloitte & Touche products and service lines; facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services; and identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Will commute within the Boston, MA area to consult with clients concerning the above job duties.



  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

  • Eighteen months of experience designing, assessing, and transforming clients' processes to mitigate risk and achieve compliance.

  • Experience must include eighteen months of:

  • Analyzing business user and functional requirements including computer system validation, regulatory compliance, and company procedure compliance;

  • Liaising with technical subject matter experts and information technology staff to analyze and map business and technical requirements and develop testing documentation;

  • Conducting testing efforts using JIRA;

  • Developing validation and system test plans, test case scenarios, and regression test plans;

  • Designing and documenting test automation strategies and coordinating test execution for multiple features; and

  • Defining and documenting the validation approach for implementation of corporate quality systems.

  • Less than 10% travel outside of normal commuting distance.
