The Work You'll Do
In the SimplrOps Customer Success & Support role, you will be a critical part of helping clients drive value for their HCM application operations and HR technology implementation efforts. Specifically, you will support Deloitte's clients utilizing the SimplrOps asset/platform.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Delivery:
Responsible for using the SimplrOps user support portal & ticketing system to track and address basic incoming client needs to provide ongoing, on-demand support for clients using SimplrOps (including license management, setup/configuration, ongoing maintenance, customization requests, and reporting)
Liaise with SimplrOps subject matter experts to address more complex or detailed functional and technical issues that clients experience
Effectively prioritize, estimate, and communicate task timelines to internal team and client stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
4+ year of experience in a client delivery, consulting, and/or customer success role
1+ years of experience supporting IT service management solutions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/ sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for cloud technology solutions
Demonstrated passion for customer satisfaction
Experience with application operate/management tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
Strong ability to manage ambiguity while applying critical thinking skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
