Deloitte Audit Growth Manager in Boca Raton, Florida

Work you ll do

Asan Audit Growth Manager, you will help identify regional strategic targets anddevelop regional growth messaging. With individual target teams, you will helpto develop focused relationship development plans based on company needs,leading to enhanced stakeholder relationships, increased Deloitte revenue, and (eventually)the audit. During an RFP proposal process, you will assist in developingpursuit strategy, share best practices for client engagement during the pursuitprocess, challenge team thinking, coach orals, etc. You will also help to drivea growth culture mentality within the audit practice through presentations,training for partners and staff, targeted reporting, industry awareness, etc.

Additional responsibilitieswill include:

  • Developsstrategic relationship development plans for accounts in the national auditgrowth portfolio, assigns account team to develop relationships with keystakeholders, meets with account teams to vet/support/revise those plans, etc.

  • Supportspursuit strategy for proposal teams engaged in active proposals. Helps todetermine overall and specific messages for the pursuit, bringing recentmarketplace experiences and pursuit best practices to the team. Supportsongoing revision of those messages/that plan, based on pursuit activities/clientfeedback. Supports proposal document development in some cases; Coaches oralsin some cases.

  • Helps developand execute overall communications strategy (regionally) for the audit growthprogram, around overall growth messages and specific key issues. Also developsspecific communications materials for those messages, from presentations andwebcasts to emails and newsletters.

  • Serves assubject matter expert for audit practice in region on marketplace developments,competitive intelligence, pursuit best practices, key Deloitte marketplacemessages (Audit Innovation, for example) The team Ourteam culture is collaborative and encourages team members to takeinitiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities.   • Experience inmarketing, pursuit management, or business development

  • 8 years ofexperience preferred

  • Big Four, audit,or professional services marketing experience preferred

  • BA required,MA preferred Marketing, Business, English, Journalism, Communications, orrelated field(s)

  • Excellentcommunication skills verbal and written

  • Excellentrelationship development and persuasive skills at all levels of theorganization

  • Knowledge ofBig Four/Accounting/Professional Services Environment

  • Strongmulti-tasking and team/project management capabilities

  • Stronganalytic, critical thinking, and creative capabilities

  • Proficient inMicrosoft office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM a plus
