A successful candidate will lead complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects using your technical and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.

• You will plan and implement voice/data infrastructure, such as cabling, power and space for telecommunications rooms and office layout areas including workstations, team rooms and conference rooms.

• You will craft office structured cabling designs, contractor Scope of Work (SOW) documents, schematic diagrams and specification and network rack elevations. Layout technology rooms (MDF/IDF) for new and retrofit offices. Layouts include, but are not limited to IT racks, cabinets, network equipment rack elevations, vertical and horizontal risers, cable managers, ladder racks and telecom providers equipment.

• This role works collaboratively with architects, engineering firms, general contractors, internal/external real estate, and IT teams to design and implement the telecommunications and infrastructure plan.

• Participate in technical meetings with clients, construction staff and internal and external technical and functional teams.

• Periodically review and update Deloitte's Communications Cabling Specifications, Scope of Work templates and Standards documents as needed.

  Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project management in Infrastructure projects in addition to standard IT project management.

• Must have knowledge and experience on managing projects that support the build out of IT Infrastructures including but not limited to cabling, racks, network equipment, rack elevations, vertical and horizontal risers, cable managers, ladder racks, telecom equipment, etc

• Must have excellent client interfacing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.

• Applicants must be US Citizen.

• Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• This position can sit remotely anywhere in the continental US

  Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of US Federal Government Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) requirements and office buildouts standards is desired.

• BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000-$195,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
