Work you'll do
Provide project management, support and leadership to strategic operational projects as assigned by the CLO and other Development Leaders. Examples include finance management and reporting (accrual and forecasting processes, financial data analysis and interpretation), contractor management and internal technology rollout and maintenance. Manage relationships with key stakeholder groups both within the COE, the business, and Talent Services. Lead, grow, oversee, and act as coach and mentor to matrixed teams of professionals, fostering individual and team growth and creating an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
Financial Management and Strategy
Prepare and facilitate the fiscal year financial Plan (macro and micro) for Consulting Talent Development.
Support strategic initiatives and projects as directed by the CLO, including creating and collecting input for presentations, analyzing data, and identifying trends that will inform annual planning decisions.
Strategically analyze financial and performance data and provide recommendations.
Review and provide financial analysis of monthly spend.
Review and update periodic accruals and forecasts for the Consulting Talent Development.
Monitor future spend forecasts and adjust as needed based on analysis.
Empower and support L&D team members to manage respective budgets within plan
Stakeholder Management
Build trusted and effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide consultative expertise to identify, research, and solution operational needs.
Deliver communications and reporting to stakeholders that provide insight, data, and recommendations.
Integration of Talent Services
Partner with Talent Services (Delivery team, Learning Design Services, TS PMO) to ensure that Talent Services support models meet the needs of Consulting Development program managers.
Ensure appropriate alignment of TS resource assignments to support Consulting development programs. Provide resource feedback to TS leaders to assist with performance management process.
Communicate changes in TS strategy, operations, or other initiatives to the CLO and Leads team as appropriate.
Streamline Policies and Procedures
Review, streamline and enforce policies and procedures through Consulting Development to maintain consistency in what is provided to our learners.
Communicate and enforce policies and procedures effectively across the business leaders, and learners.
Support the change management of policies and procedures by creating communication plans, communications, and any other supporting materials to encourage adoption.
Demonstrate initiative in identifying areas for operational improvement, making suggestions, and driving change to gain efficiencies and improve service.
Support cross-team operational initiatives, as needed.
COE Risk Management
Through your team, support TPRM and Procurement workflows regarding initiation and coordination of new vendor approval requests; managing timelines and following up as necessary.
Communicate with external vendors clearly and effectively to assist Risk Management in gathering necessary information.
Report on status of Procurement and Risk reviews with COE team as well as internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress, issues, and suggested solutions.
Staff Development
Serve as lead and coach for team members, demonstrating commitment to their personal growth and development

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 8 years of related experience in finance and operations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional services environment
Strong strategic and critical thinking to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture
Project management experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization
Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus
Experience leading people/teams and a demonstrated commitment to people development
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact
Strong problem-solver with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
