Deloitte US SWIFT Client to Cash Senior in Baltimore, Maryland

Client-to-Cash (CTC) Senior

The CTC Lead Financial Analyst will get in-depth experience with Finance System functionality, exposure to Deloitte's inner workings, and enable participation in driving the future vision of the Finance organization. You will work in a highly visible environment leading the multiple system enhancements, coordinating with various Business and Finance stakeholders as well as ITS and SWIFT system teams.

Work you will do

  • Work with leads to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Assist in the development of materials to clearly communicate enhancements and socialize with stakeholders impacts to day-to-day processes and procedures.

  • Develop standard progress metrics for leadership that provide visibility into all initiatives successes and communicate them regularly.

  • Provide recommendations for financial system improvements (SWIFT/Beacon/CP3) and provide impact analysis of system changes on reporting and other teams that interact with these systems

  • Create change management materials to clearly communicate enhancements to stakeholders which impact their day-to-day processes and procedures.

  • Think creatively while also using knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers.

  • Perform and manage engagement management office (PMO) functional tasks and perform day-to-day management activities collaborating with other CTC team members.

  • Provide visibility on project timelines and status to leadership in a common and consistent manner.

  • Submit and monitor enhancement requires in the Global Enhancement Management System (GEMS)

  • Provide status reports for active Enhancements, Defects, Problems, and Incidents.

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing which includes writing scripts, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with testers and other testing leads.

The Team

The US Client to Cash (CTC) team partners with the FP&A, Engagement Financial Advisors (EFA), and various Business leaders to identify and implement finance solutions helping the Deloitte businesses efficiently and effectively manage client engagements. CTC drives SWIFT and other finance system functionality to improve the end user experience as well as identify business process improvements to achieve world-class financial management.



  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Finance, Engagement Management, or finance systems support at a professional services firm.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; both oral and written - role requires the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to various levels of leadership in-person, over the phone, via zoom, over email and with multiple time zones.

  • Have a proactive work ethic ("self-starter") that also embraces a collaborative ("team-player") approach to project work.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed organizations, establishing rapport, trust and confidence with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to work and achieve results - with minimal supervision - in an intense, fast-paced, virtual, global team environment; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects.

  • Experience with SAP andMS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Analysis for Office (Excel add-in) a plus.

  • Flexibility and adaptability required.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


  • SWIFT, Beacon, CPM and CP3 pricing, and system integration experience

  • Client Service experience and / or professional services experience
