The Managed Risk Services Team helps the Advisory practice identify, invest in, and rapidly commercialize new Managed Risk Services ideas and opportunities. The Managed Risk Services Delivery/Technology Leader will lead a number of innovation initiatives such as defining innovation strategy, running innovation ideation programs, incubating new ideas, developing and commercializing leading edge solutions, defining new business models, and building a culture of innovation within the practice. The Delivery/Technology Leader will have global responsibility for defining, developing and executing the managed services roadmap. This individual will combine cross-functional expertise in organizational leadership, technology / support development & delivery, new business development, and client relationship management. Will leads a staff of 50 employees across the Americas and US-India practice.Provides leadership to drive and build a high performing global Managed Risk Services organization.Interacts with Deloitte stakeholders and customers to develop proactive processes, plans, and tasks to enhance the customer experience.Provides mentoring to Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, and Managers, and customer champions in their on-going interaction with customers; serves as a key resource for escalation of all Deloitte customer support issues.Participates in Deloitte executive management efforts to maintain high morale, low attrition, and excellent teamwork across products and regions.Leads ongoing strategic development within Managed Services and provides feedback to Deloitte executive team on internal growth and quality initiatives.Works with Deloitte management to identify potential successors, and assists in developing and managing resource(s) to reach necessary goals.Promotes and leads as appropriate the communication to Deloitte customers on the processes, guidelines, and systems used by Managed Services to build and maintain long-term positive relationships.Responsible for achieving agreed upon global revenue and margin goals relative to the impact of software sales.Proactively manages customer issues and related potential attrition to ensure a high level of service renewals globally.Works with customers and other Deloitte groups to minimize maintenance credits globallyAssists Deloitte Management, Sales, and Implementation Services globally in interactions with prospective customers related to support opportunities.
