Deloitte Human Capital Business Intelligence Analyst TS/SCI Poly Required in Baltimore, Maryland

Work you'll do

As the Human Capital Business Intelligence Analyst you will:

  • Support the HR client by managing a variety of data from the HR system of record and other external data sources

  • Sustaining an ad hoc help desk

  • Creating pre-canned reporting solutions

  • Build visually appealing dashboards and infographics

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Develop reports and/or dashboards and queries against enterprise level systems to answer key human capital questions

  • Utilize an analytics platform to develop tools and visualizations to help client leadership make data-driven decisions

  • Support the client with strategic initiatives to aide in modernizing and elevating the client's capability across key workforce analytics dimensions, i.e. Automation, Visualization, Reporting, Data Quality, Data Collection, Benchmarking, and more

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

  • 5+ years of experience with Tableau or Qlik Dashboard Development

  • 5+ years of experience with a business intelligence software

  • 5+ years of Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
