GPS Senior Graphic Designer

This experienced design professional will provide leadership in the development, design, and coordination of client proposals, presentations and related business development design projects and materials. They will be responsible for managing the daily activities and coordination of proposal and presentation design projects. This position requires advanced experience in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately. They will also be responsible for complying with firm branding guidelines, departmental procedures and standards, internal client preferences and instructions, and mandatory solicitation requirements. The Designer must routinely address shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last minute requirements to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines. The Designer is accountable for undertaking prescribed and independent training, on-the-job learning assignments, and other opportunities to ensure growth and advancement in Graphic Design and their development. Work you ll do

As a Designer on our team you will:

  • Report to Design Team Leader as part of GPS Design Team

  • Conceive of, design, and produce a full range of high-impact print and digital collateral to enhance readability, draw the reader into the content and distinguish the Deloitte US Firms in the marketplace

  • Materials include but not limited to: infographics, presentations, proposals, etc. in print and digital formats

  • Provide art direction and be a strategic advisor on overall design themes

  • Develop presentation and template themes, ensuring a creative yet consistent look and feel that enhances readability, draws in the reader, and adheres to and supports the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging; ensure brand and visual identity compliance as needed

  • Ability to strategically interface and brainstorm with senior partners regarding the visual display of information; ability to grasp the substance of business issues being communicated and then re-articulate visual options that enhance/clarify audience understanding

  • Manage design process, adjudicates/mitigates conflicts in design content

  • Ensure accuracy and currency of published graphics, coordinates with US India, QA all graphics

  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and express ideas orally and in writing; demonstrate listening and decision-making skills

  • Manage all document formatting, including creating and utilizing Macro Enabled Templates in MS Word

  • Production of proposals and visual aids, as required

  • Manage content on SharePoint

  • Ensures that proposals adhere to RFP specifications

  • Interact directly with account staff, including executives

  • Exercise judgment and project management skill to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progress

  • Participate in initiatives for design and/or pursuit projects not related to RFP Responses
