Work you'll do
This role will require a practitioner to provide Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) support over multiple process areas. These efforts include but are not limited to the following:
Learn and Standardize common processes, documenting them multiple formats including process flows, step-by-step guides, and narratives
Draft and provide PBC responses that remediate deficiencies noted by the auditor in the form of NFR's
Manage the audit response tracking daily, reaching out to the client and PBC owners, aiding to ensure timely submission
Research accounting policy to solve complex issues

2+ years of experience reviewing and testing internal controls
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Travel up to 25%
