Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Support the functional design, configuration and implementation/deployment of Eightfold. This role will require in-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform with Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, Talent Marketplace, Talent Flex, Talent Exchange and related processes. Responsibilities include creating and translating business functional requirements into technical requirements and solution development, leading team in identifying dependencies, integrations, and configuration requirements. The consultant will also lead design of interfaces, testing plans, and test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while applying best practices for the industry to the customer.

The Eightfold team provides design, implementation, and ongoing sustainment and optimization of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Flex, Resource Management, Talent Design and Planning.
Core Responsibilities
Lead design and playback sessions during the implementation
Drive alignment across business, technical and compliance/data privacy/legal requirements
Present future state recommendations, highlighting any feature enhancement requests/current product gaps, during internal and client reviews
Partner with client to provide recommendations around future state workflow design options given short-term versus long-term client priorities, goals, use cases, requirements, technical infrastructure/limitations, timeline
Coordinate with Project Manager / Team lead on scheduling initial kick-off and design sessions
Amend workflows as needed and determine the need for Change Management in coordination with the Engagement Manager
Assist in level of effort, timeline, resource planning for projects and pursuits
Clearly document any workflow changes with confirmed internal and external buy-in
Leads the Functional Design and Configuration
Remain available as a consultative resource throughout the Implementation process
Drive continuous feedback loops cross-functionally to communicate best practices/lessons learned
Collaborate with appropriate members of Eightfold's Services, Product and Engineering teams on project and Alliance enablement and success
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 or more years supporting Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform implementations or 2 + years of relevant Deloitte experience
3 or more years of experience in other HCM software implementations - ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, etc. or in a relevant Functional Leadership role supporting Talent/HR
4 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, Talent Marketplace, Talent Flex, Talent Exchange and/or related processes
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience guiding design alignment for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Marketplace, Skills-Based Talent Design, or Resource Management
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and independent judgement
Demonstrated customer service, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communications

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,950 to $208,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
