Work you'll do

As a Competency Management Support Specialist, you will:

  • Work directly with the competency management Team

  • Strategic communications and marketing efforts to reach key internal and external stakeholders

  • Gather customer requirements for Competency Management surveys and reports

  • Effectively engage and inform customer stakeholders to achieve the goals of the business unit(s), and support Competency Management reporting and data collection efforts

  • Work directly with team leaders to create change management and strategic plans

  • Create high quality deliverables to include but not limited to: Presentations, Briefings, Email announcements, Surveys

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

  • 3+ years of experience in Competency Managment

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Collection, and Interpretation

  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management and Strategic Communications
