Work you ll do:
Work with clients to understand and solve theirmost pressing business and technical challenges while leading a diverse talentgroup in support of Federal and State Government agencies. Develop trustedadvisor relationships with clients technology leaders and help guide clients Cloud vision. Create new opportunities to showcase Cloud technologies andcapabilities for our clients. Help lead our Cloud practice, develop our futureCloud leaders, and expand the Deloitte Cloud brand throughout the public sectormarketplace.
Our Cloud Engineering team focuses on enabling our clients end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areasof: Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, CloudIntegration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering,and Cloud Managed Services. We help our clients see the transformationalcapabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitiveadvantage.
Cloud Engineering supports our clients byimproving agility and resilience, while identifying opportunities to reduce IToperations spend through automation. We advance our clients toward atechnology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developedsoftware products, tools, and accelerators, to achieve their vision.
As a Consultant in our Practice you will:
Be responsible for leading a wide variety oftasks; budget management, leadership reporting, internal communications andtalent management. To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask,be innovative in solving problems and have a desire to document and improveprocesses. You will also be responsible for driving operational excellencewithin Cloud Managed Services (CMS).
Managethe daily operations of team members
Maintainrevenue schedule and work with Finance to submit journal entries.
Tracksales and pipeline in Mercury and maintain repository for SOW and Proposals.
Maintainlist of 3rd party software, raise PO s, and submit invoices to A/P
CentralizeStaffIT requests, roll on/off Talent, and maintain staffing roster
Developmaterials for leadership meetings, QBR, and other ad hoc requests
MaintainProject Status for Capability Development
Organizetown halls and all leadership meetings
Publishnewsletters, Go Lives and other general communications
ProcessP-Card transactions for ad hoc requests involving software licenses
Respondto billing questions regarding CMS fees
MaintainCMS distribution lists
Accessmanagement (Confluence, Jira, BitBucket)
Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university
3 ormore years of Business Process and Operations Management, preferably within aCloud environment
Experiencewith Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint
Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States without the need foremployer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
