As a Health and Human Services Tehnology Consultant, you help client s set-up, manage, and operate their most complex projects, define functional requirements for technology solutions, and design and derive transformative approaches for Technology System Services Integration Project
The Big Data Analyst/ECM Analyst will assist in the aspect design, implementation, and maintenance of our State clients, Health/Human Services Integrated infrastructure Cloud based and Windows systems project.
Work you ll do
As a Consultant you will lead work threads within an engagement team to provide detailed data analysis to help our clients solve problems, expand market share, improve operations, and grow their business.
Human Services Transformation
Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do more with less, and rethink the way they deliver services.
Experience with relevant technology, Analytics and Business Intelligence based on data from hybrid of Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), non-relational (NoSQL, MongoDB and relational Data Warehouses
Experience with ECM/Big Data/Hadoop/NoSQL, Visualization and reporting tools, data profiling analysis and transformation.
Experience with Elastic Search preferred
Experience working experience with ECM/Big Data technologies preferred
Experience with data lake implementations, core modernization and data ingestion.
