As an Audit Manager,you'll assist in the delivery of quality services that aim to exceed clientexpectations. You ll also be responsible for mentoring Audit staff, providingthem with developmental feedback and career guidance.

Work you ll do

As an Audit Manager, youwill focus on our clients employee benefits plans, which includes auditingdefined contribution, defined benefit and health and welfare plans. You will oversee day-to-day operations of theseengagements and will closely work with the team to tackle accounting, auditing,and other issues, while using audit tools and technology. Your responsibilitieswill involve:

  • preparing the auditstrategy

  • setting and monitoringbudgets

  • scheduling audits

  • selecting staff andassigning workloads

  • leveraging artificialintelligence, advanced analytics, and data visualizations

  • process flowautomation to perform data interrogation and analysis of client data

  • work with EmployeeBenefit Plan leadership on client management and practice development

Qualifications

Required

  • 5-7 years of publicaccounting or equivalent experience

  • 3 years of employeebenefit plan experience

  • Strong technicalaccounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS, as well as DOL/ERISAregulations

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting or relatedfield

  • Certified PublicAccountant (CPA) certification

  • Effectiveinterpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven leadershipskills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-makingabilities

  • Experience working ina fast-paced, team environment

  • Experience workingindependently on multiple assignments or engagements

  • Up to 100% travel

Preferred

Advanced degreein accounting or related field

Experience witha regional or Big 4 accounting firm
