Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Austin, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Develop enterprise-wide Human Resource (HR) integration and separation efforts, including HR strategy, change management, organization design, and workforce transition procedures. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and optimize the costs of company s HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational changes for clients. Provide advice regarding HR payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition systems and define employee experience timelines. Provide solutions in Cloud platforms such as Success Factors that exceeds client s expectation. Develop Object-Oriented Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) classes, Web Dynpro Development, Adobe Interactive Development, Human Capital Management (HCM) Processes and Forms and Employee Self-Service (ESS) in SAP ABAP HR. Configure custom operations in SAP Payroll, designing payroll reports and validating payroll results for employees. Configure workflow for employee transactions, manager transactions, HR Transactions in Employee-Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS). Configure Object and Data provider design, Personal Object Worklist (POWL), Dynamic Actions, Features modification and master data validations using Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) Application. Develop Technical Design (TD) from Functional Design (FD) for SAP HCM Workflow Report Interface Conversion Enhancement Form (WRICEF) objects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Science, CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Software Engineer, Analyst or a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Developing Object-Oriented Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) classes, Web Dynpro Development, Adobe Interactive Development, Human Capital Management (HCM) Processes and Forms and Employee Self-Service (ESS) in SAP ABAP HR;

  • Configuring custom operations in SAP Payroll, designing payroll reports and validating payroll results for employees;

  • Configuring workflow for employee transactions, manager transactions and HR transactions in Employee-Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);

  • Configuring Object and Data provider design, Personal Object Worklist (POWL), Dynamic Actions, Features modification and master data validations using Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) Application;

  • Developing Technical Design from Functional Design for SAP HCM Workflow Report Interface Conversion Enhancement Form (WRICEF) objects.

  • 80% travel required.
