Work You ll DoProvide IT consulting services through development and delivery of client engagements that identify, design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Work within an engagement team to identify business requirements, perform requirements management, function design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing, training and support procedure design. Advise clients regarding the use of Salesforce to support decision making and achievement of business goals. Aid in designing, configuring, building, and testing application functionality. As part of a team, advise on product/package design based on business function and structure. Identify future state business process alternatives. Translate business requirements into technical solutions by administering and managing Salesforce Org and Roadmap. Resolve system integration testing and user acceptance testing defects, including tracking defects to closure in Agile and Waterfall based methodology. Conduct Salesforce Customer Relationship Management configuration, including Workflows, Validation rules, Approval Process, Sharing and Security. Utilize JIRA, Agile and Waterfall based methodology to conduct fit/gap analysis, including Scoping and impact analysis. Manage application Break Fix, analyzing and prioritizing production support defects and enhancements for Salesforce and Big Machines using HP Application Lifecycle Management, JIRA Requirement and defect management.
