3+ years' experience in GIS
2+ years' experience with Safe Software's FME
1+ years' experience in Power & Utilities
Experience with the Esri suite of software, including a mix of: Desktop: ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcCatalog; Web: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, Web App Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards; Field Applications: ArcGIS Collector, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Survey123
Experience with both FME Desktop and FME Server
Ability to construct workbenches to extract, transform, and load spatial and non-spatial data into GIS, ideally involving electric and gas networks
Experience navigating and interrogating electric and gas GIS data models
Experience with relational database management systems such as Oracle and/or SQL Server
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to research, create, and deliver professional quality documents, presentations, and reports
Ability to manage assigned tasks, potentially across multiple projects and initiatives
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 50%, dependent upon client/project needs (due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Urban Planning, or a directly related field
Experience implementing software in a client-facing project environment
Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc.), especially in the Design/Build, Test, and Deployment phases
Experience designing and documenting electric and gas GIS data models
Experience designing and documenting GIS-related business processes and workflows
Experience with Schneider Electric's ArcFM extension
