Manager, Federal Contracts Administrator
Guide and coordinate proposaland award activities for assigned contracts.
Provide guidance to internalteams relating to all phases of the contract lifecycle.
Independently conduct reviewsof complex contract actions in all phases of the contract life cycle - developand implement tactical action plans to address risks and opportunities.
Manage compliance and accuracyof the contracts administration for assigned portfolio.
Develop skillset and knowledgeto serve as a domain expert on selected areas related to federal contracts andacquisition- Serve as the group SME for a selected acquisition/ContractingTopics
Monitor assigned contractsportfolios (to include pipeline and contract performance) to identify riskareas and opportunities to maximize revenue creation and retention.
Manage individual workload toensure the timely and compliant accomplishment of project deadlines andcomplete accurate internal and external client deliverables.
Collaborate with other enablingareas to address complex contracts administration and proposal challenges.
Accurately and timely performcontract data entry into various systems and monitors data updates. Resolvediscrepancies related to contract documents and ensures data quality andaccuracy.
Track and communicate the keysissues and status of contracts portfolio relative to contract requirements.
Complete negotiations ofcomplex and/or non-standard contracts and agreements.
Actively share lessons learnedto facilitate knowledge sharing within team and larger organization.
Perform other job-relatedduties as assigned.
Command knowledge of Federal Contracting regulations
Ability to operate in a demanding executive levelenvironment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaborativelywith teams
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, andPowerPoint
Strong consultative and communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the needfor employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
All candidates must be willing and able to travel as neededfor their clients, however, depending on staffing needs, post positions arein-office-based with limited travel required. Ability to travel up to25%. While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19,non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
Education and Experience
5 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple contract types(e.g. CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP/LOE, T&M, FFP) and solicitation types (e.g. FARParts 8, 15, and 16)
Bachelor s Degree
Experience supporting the Federal client aligned with theteam of assignment (e.g. USAID, USAF, USMC, Department of State)
NCMA: CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM
