Deloitte Identity & Access Management Operations Analyst in Austin, Texas

Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Cyber Risk group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
Installation and configuration of IAM solutions like ForgeRock Access Management or CA SSO/SiteMinder Web Agents with JBoss, Apache and IIS Web Servers on Linux, and Windows platforms. Install and configure Access Management Application Server Agent on application Servers on Windows, Linux platforms.
Support implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) tools to help protect the organizational data and end-user identities by using two factor authentication.
Configure Access Manager Admin User Interface and ensure appropriate users have legitimate access.

Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently under general guidance
Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Experience in Access Management solution implementation with ForgeRock (preferable) or CA SSO/SiteMinder, Web Agents and Directory (LDAP) on Linux and Windows platforms.
Experience and understanding of Federated Single Sign-on Services via OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML
Experience in using analysis tools like Fiddler, http headers and utilize tools to track and identify user activity as well as acquire intrusion reports of unauthorized attempts to access.
Understanding of API Security, for REST and SOAP based services
Understanding of AWS platform for infrastructure build
Understanding of network design and architecture
Ability to work in a team environment with application and infrastructure teams
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
