Work you ll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the Forensics and Investigations group you will:

  • Support the eDiscovery needs of attorneys and support staff, and implementing the Department s best practices related to eDiscovery and data workflow

  • Provide hands-on file manipulation, loading, and conversion services

  • Create and modify files for upload, typically into COTS products, and perform individual file conversion in support of electronic file processing

  • Develop, evaluate and modify methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications

  • Ensure that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provide EFP Manager with detailed notice of deficiencies

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

  • Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management

  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues

  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Qualifications

Required:

  • Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • Knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow

  • Experience performing eDiscovery roles including, but not limited to, electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and forensic analysis

  • Experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, Summation, ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, or West LiveNote valued

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Knowledge of Government s IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications preferred
