Deloitte Workfront Operations and Marketing Calendar Product Owner in Atlanta, Georgia
Job Description:
The Product Owner is responsible for overseeing the development of Deloitte's US Marketing Calendar product and conveying a product vision and roadmap to an agile delivery team while meeting business needs and aligning to enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities
The Product Owner will act as the liaison and manage projects between ITS and the operational team to oversee the development of the US Marketing Calendar.
The Product Owner will work with the business owner and the business POCs to understand the business objectives and strategy and take that to ITS to help deliver an aligned product. The Product Owner will ensure operational readiness plans, business workflows, and metrics are complete and ready with delivery of new or updated functionalities.
Develop a clear understanding of the strategy and vision, business model/process, business requirements and what solutions are needed to enhance the end-user and stakeholder experience
Partner with business owner to develop, communicate, and update the product vision and roadmap
Managing a product backlog for a program, prioritizing requirements, defining, and managing scope
Create process documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description, PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and wireframes
Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and the team, prepare, and send status updates about projects
Assure product quality, project timeliness and stakeholder satisfaction
Lead PI planning sessions and UAT testing of all planned enhancements
Follow up post release with operational leaders to determine any issues/barriers and adoption rate of new functionality
Partner with support teams if issues do occur to make sure they are tracked to resolution
Innovate data governance processes to reduce manual processes and enhance data integrity
Work with operational team to improve current Omniture Metrics reporting to provide deeper insights into end-user behavior
Participate in initiatives to improve processes, capabilities, delivery, and adoption
Managing technology integrations to ensure data accuracy (SFMD) with Tech COE + ITS
Liaise between Workfront, ME Ops and Tech COE to ensure that downstream systems (i.e., IQ) to ensure data integrity
Qualifications
Experience and or training in the implementation of various SaaS solutions
Understanding of different Adobe Workfront personas
Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services
Familiarity with Agile project management.
Adobe certification a plus
Bachelor's Degree: Master's Degree preferred
Multi-disciplinary leadership capability, a strong customer focus, excellent people skills and the ability to develop process driven solutions

5+ years or more of experience in technology implementations or product/project management
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple completing projects and initiates
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the client and industries that you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 93,000 to $191,100.
