Work you ll do

Deloitte Consulting provides Technical Assistance (TA) coordination and support for a major national healthcare program. Duties include:

  1. Reviewing and approving or rejecting applications from organizations applying to become part of the program.

  2. Developing progress and evaluation reports based on annual data that organizations submit to this program.

  3. Triaging and responding to frequent web-based inquiries from external organizations.

  4. Conducting one-on-one TA calls with organizations, as needed, to address unique and/or complex concerns regarding program implementation, standards and recognition.

  5. Reviewing alternate curricula from organizations that choose to submit a customized curricula for use. Providing specific guidance to organizations, as needed, to help them adapt their curriculum to adhere to necessary Standards and Operating Procedures.

  6. Supporting the development of presentations for webinars and other external purposes.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to hold a public trust clearance


  • Master's degree

  • 2 years public health experience

  • 3 years experience in programmatic work, reviewing curriculum and communicating externally with local public health departments, nonprofit organizations, and healthcare systems.
