ServiceNow CSM Lead

Experienced ServiceNow professional that will lead, execute, and implement dynamic applications within ServiceNow and ServiceNow CSM to support data capture and service mapping.

Work you ll do

Manage the technical team. Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture. Individuals will utilize ServiceNow and ServiceNow CSM, as well as the best practices for software development methodologies outlined by Deloitte, to ensure that their work is compliant, efficient, and effective. Team members are responsible for requirements analysis, system design, development, and playing a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle. Additional duties may include Training, Communications, Governance, Testing, Documentation, Security, and more.

Lead a team in administration of ServiceNow instances, applications, and modules.

Effectively capture data and map process workflows.

Oversee CSM setup, integration, and migrations.

Manage CSM modules as required by the project

The team

The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation utilizing ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.
