Our Strategy practice brings together key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.

Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, collaborating with them to make clear, data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, to drive growth and enterprise value.

Strategy will help our clients:

  • Identify strategies for growth and value creation.

  • Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision.

Maximize technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Specialist to join our Strategy Offering. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling and evaluating the profitability of integrating new technologies. Additionally, they will be adept at forecasting and reporting on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making and optimize value realization.

Work you'll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and evaluate the fiscal impact of integrating new technologies to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict financial outcomes, analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports for senior management and federal government stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, monitor market trends, and assess the long-term financial sustainability of proposed technology integrations.

  • Provide expert advice on cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and ensure compliance with federal regulations in all financial assessments and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • 6+ years of experience communicating an understanding of financial performance indicators (KPIs) and their application in strategic decision-making.

  • 6+ years of experience evaluating the profitability and fiscal impact of integrating new technologies.

  • 6+ years of experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

  • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines related to financial reporting and analysis.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial assessments and reporting.
