Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Transforming the way HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR and Payroll-related technology solutions. Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement business solutions for companies. Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a variety of business solutions. Selecting tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for companies that address their next generational needs. Conducting analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing recommendations based on structured frameworks. Utilizing critical and analytical thinking skills to assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs through defining, analyzing, and managing data sets to meet client needs and expectations. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the needs and expectations of the project and then confirm these with client leadership. Providing guidance and direction to clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers providing analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Examining client products and how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics and the risk potential for negative user experience based on identity factors. Creating clear, effective deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and client meetings. Presenting content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validating that decision with client leadership to drive the company s growth and progress. Working across all phases of the project delivery lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of HR Transformation Shared Services solutions for enterprise-level clients. Independently interfacing directly with clients to gather and analyze country-specific requirements to support geographically diverse HR Transformation project design using Workday HR module and Case and Knowledge Management modules within Salesforce.com and ServiceNow. Supporting effective project management by generating and delivering reports to internal and external stakeholders, including project and workstream status. Supporting the development of HR process design and HR operations documentation based on client requirements to be compatible with Workday functionalities in a global HR Shared Services environment using Workday, ServiceNow and Salesforce.com. Coordinating day-to-day project tasks of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion and delivery of project tasks. Performing end-to-end project testing of technology and functional deliverables, including performing unit, system/solution integration, user acceptance and service rehearsal testing using HP ALM. Leading and supporting HR Shared Service Center training on project-designed processes and technologies during project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Working across all phases of the project delivery lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of HR Transformation Shared Services solutions for enterprise-level clients;

  • Independently interfacing directly with clients to gather and analyze country-specific requirements to support geographically diverse HR Transformation project design using Workday HR module and Case and Knowledge Management modules within Salesforce.com and ServiceNow;

  • Supporting effective project management by generating and delivering reports to internal and external stakeholders, including project and workstream status;

  • Supporting the development of HR process design and HR operations documentation based on client requirements to be compatible with Workday functionalities in a global HR Shared Services environment using Workday, ServiceNow and Salesforce.com;

  • Coordinating day-to-day project tasks of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion and delivery of project tasks;

  • Performing end-to-end project testing of technology and functional deliverables, including performing unit, system/solution integration, user acceptance and service rehearsal testing using HP ALM;

  • Leading and supporting HR Shared Service Center training on project-designed processes and technologies during project implementation.

  • 80% travel required.
