Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior 2 in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Work within product development teams in a scrum (agile) environment to design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy features for new products to address key business issues for clients. Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify client requirements and develop innovative end-to-end solutions. Determine the appropriate design methodologies and tool sets needed for each project deliverable. Ensure that each deliverable is in compliance with the established software quality assurance methods and standards. Ensure that each development task and testing procedure is completed within the timeline provided. Seamlessly integrate deliverables with the overall technical infrastructure and conduct intensive code reviews prior to deployment. Maintain a high level code quality through the use of project and code quality management tools. Conceptualize and validate business issues, assumptions, requirements and proposed solutions using modeling tools such as business context diagrams and flow diagrams. Perform current state analysis and define procedures and implementations, and using JIRA for tracking project management activities. Implement agile methodology by planning and managing sprints requirement and project milestones using tools including Jama and Confluence. Guide design and development of User Interface (UI) screens by validating UI wireframes and mockups. Organize and oversee workshops with medium and large groups in-person and virtually. Work with product owners, business and technical subject matter experts, product delivery managers, creative user experience designers, technical architects, software developers, offshore delivery teams, and testers to gather and define functional and non-functional business and product requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience providing services in business architecture.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Conceptualizing and validating business issues, assumptions, requirements and proposed solutions using modeling tools such as business context diagrams and flow diagrams;

  • Performing current state analysis and defining procedures and implementations, and using JIRA for tracking project management activities;

  • Implementing agile methodology by planning and managing sprints requirement and project milestones using tools including Jama and Confluence;

  • Guiding design and development of User Interface (UI) screens by validating UI wireframes and mockups;

  • Organizing and overseeing workshops with medium and large groups in-person and virtually;

  • Working with product owners, business and technical subject matter experts, product delivery managers, creative user experience designers, technical architects, software developers, offshore delivery teams, and testers to gather and define functional and non-functional business and product requirements.

  • 15% travel required.
