Work you'll do
Works under the direction of Technical Support Manager.
Responsible for Relativity Back-End troubleshooting and configuration, including IIS, Message Broker, Security and Functionality Hotfixes.
Will be involved in Relativity Installation, Environment Growth Planning, Disaster Recovery, Tech Migration, as well as helping to develop automation of each of these components
Work closely with the SQL DBA and DevOps teams to recommend performance enhancements to custom applications and Relativity Databases

Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for this role
Knowledge of Government's IT environment, including office automation networks, PC, and enterprise applications preferred
Deep knowledge of personal computers, including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 and 2016, document review software, and encryption methods
2+ years of experience with IPRO, Nuix, Concordance, and MS Office Suite is welcome. Programming experience and knowledge of HTTP methods and IIS Log parsing is valued
