CBO - CTO - Project Delivery Senior Analyst - QA Lead - PDM

Work you'll do

  • Manage a Test team of testers on project from start to end of test cycle

  • Create Master Test Plan, daily status report and test closure report

  • Understand the application functionalities and create test scenarios

  • Work with testers and create test cases

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (status reports, schedules, minutes, technical and production specs, and change orders.)

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement

  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Testing experience

  • Experienced in HP ALM

  • Experienced in required documentation for testing such as: Requirements Ambiguity, Test Plan, Test Estimation, Project Closure etc.

  • Thoroughly understands the Testing STLC

  • Experienced in writing test cases and test scenarios

  • Ability to lead team of testers and setting expectations

  • Excellent client communication skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Analytical/ decision making responsibilities

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

  • Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback, contributing to continuous improvement and quality increasing activities.
