Deloitte Project Delivery Manager - Core CRM 2011 Specialist - TSP in Atlanta, Georgia

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • You be working with Deloitte's project team and client where you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

  • You will be supporting customizations, configurations, and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to meet business requirements.

  • You will be providing technical expertise in CRM system architecture, data structures, and integration with other systems.

  • You will be collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • You will be conducting system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

  • You will be creating and maintaining documentation related to CRM configurations, customizations, and processes.

  • You will be training end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance on CRM usage and best practices.

  • You will need to stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.

  • You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement.

  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products.

    Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, including customization, configuration, and development.

  • 7+ years of CRM concepts, architecture, and best practices.

  • 7+ years of customizing CRM forms, views, workflows, and reports using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

  • 7+ years with CRM data migration, integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred

  • 7 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 certifications

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
