Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Product Master, Human Capital, Asset Group HC in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and lead projects from planning through execution. Design and implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients. Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Participate in selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business and HR solutions for clients. Develop research designs, protocols, procedures and strategies for data management using project management tools Wrike and Asana. Design, create and revise online surveys for research and assessments to ensure quality data collection using tools Qualtrics and Survey Monkey. Collect and analyze data, writing reports and presenting findings to help clients make better talent decisions using data analysis and visualization softwares Tableau, SPSS and Excel. Prepare articles for journals and publications submissions to increase eminence and visibility of research; Create leadership competency assessment to evaluate leadership competencies of senior executives using content analysis, qualitative analysis and leadership competency builder. Develop content and assess effectiveness of leadership development programs. Developing, executing and documenting research projects to ensure successful completion within established time frames using quantitative analysis and the scientific method.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Product Master, Research Manager, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Developing research designs, protocols, procedures and strategies for data management using project management tools Wrike and Asana;

  • Designing, creating and revising online surveys for research and assessments to ensure quality data collection using tools Qualtrics and Survey Monkey;

  • Collecting and analyzing data, writing reports and presenting findings to help clients make better talent decisions using data analysis and visualization softwares Tableau, SPSS and Excel;

  • Preparing articles for journals and publications submissions to increase eminence and visibility of research;

  • Creating leadership competency assessment to evaluate leadership competencies of senior executives using content analysis, qualitative analysis and leadership competency builder;

  • Developing content and assessing effectiveness of leadership development programs;

  • Developing, executing and documenting all research projects to ensure successful completion within established time frames using quantitative analysis and the scientific method.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
