Work you'll do/Responsibilities
A 40-person team, supporting advancing and innovating clinical product team and delivery. Includes collaboration with client resources and with offshore.

Process Engineer Responsibilities:
Documents current workflow
Identifies areas at risk
Develops recommendations for changed/new processes
Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties
Coordinates implementation and monitors post-implementation
Makes necessary adjustments as needed
May act as lead in providing direction to lower level associates in the department
Manages project implementations for utilization management and case management
Research and resolve issues received from the State within the required time limit
Trains associates and assists departments in basic compliance training
Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Process mapping and documentation
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and approach
- Must be willing to work/live in Atlanta, GA or work Remote

Previous LSHC project experience or exposure
Experience with workflow software (Pega, SFDC, etc.)
