Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Provide Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

The AMI practice delivers end-to-end technology solutions to enable and improve our clients' core business operations. AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 16+ years of work experience on Pega Architecture, systems, platforms, and frameworks

  • Expert in Claim Intake & Workflow Services and Claim Processing in Pega.

  • Robust knowledge of programming language, scripting language

  • Significant experience with PL-SQL, with a deep understanding of writing and optimizing SQL scripts.

  • Good experience in Mainframe systems

  • Knowledge of coding best practices and principles to encourage code maintainability and readability.

  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).

  • Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

  • 9+ years in Healthcare and Claims processing system

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills

  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
