Deloitte Organization Transformation Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Work you'll do

  • Support GPS HC's growing Workforce Development Ecosystems practice by driving business development and leading large-scale projects and initiatives

  • Build market for Workforce Development Ecosystem solutions to address critical skill gaps, with focus on capabilities that accelerate the goals of upskilling/reskilling the workforce, connecting people to jobs, and connecting organizations to talent

  • Build out repeatable frameworks for Workforce Development Ecosystems market solutions based on the questions described above to bring delivery efficiencies and accelerators to teams and clients

  • Train and develop HC professionals at all levels to deliver WFD Ecosystems solutions to grow the market

  • Lead and manage large-scale proposal and business development efforts

  • Other duties as requested

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree

  • Ten years of human capital management consulting experience, to include leading projects for government sector clients

  • Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in a related field
