One Team Manager

Manages the daily office operations for a single office or multiple office locations across a business region. Responsible for developing and maintaining all internal client relationships focused on location and local marketplace leaders. Provides a combination of professional and management responsibilities to office staff members across facilities, mail services, records, reception and telephone services, conferencing and catering, equipment, security, hoteling, library, purchasing and administrative assistants. Position is the first point of contact for senior area office leadership, landlords/property managers, peers, functional points of contact in Human Resources and Finance.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, coaching and supervision of Workplace Services professionals within the Area. Reviews and approves goals, appraises performance and recommends compensation for direct reports while guiding the same for all team members in the Area.

  • Coordinates, collaborates and executes strategies, standards, tools and processes as defined by all national groups within Workplace Services to ensure processes and procedures are applicable to firm goals and agenda.

  • Collaborates with senior leaders in the development of service and regional vision, strategies and standards and owns the delivery of goals set around these strategies.

  • Manages, implements, or supports projects and initiatives that are commissioned at the local, regional and national level in coordination with respective leaders of those areas.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Must be legally authorized to work for the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to proactively manage client's needs, address crisis situations and manage change effectively

  • Experience supervising multiple, diverse service functions simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience as project or office manager strongly preferred

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
