Work you ll do

The Contact Center team will coordinate activities related to the design and implementation of a new integrated enterprise-wide Contact Center/Telephony CRM solution. The Omni-Channel Contact Center lead engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Contact Center solution using a Cisco WebEx Contact Center Enterprise solution that is integrated with a Salesforce CRM platform to create Universal agent queues for Voice, Agent Chat, Agent Email, and Salesforce case interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Contact Center Experience

  • 2 years of Omni-Channel Contact Center Experience

  • Must have a Bachelor s degree or higher education

  • Ability to travel up to 75% (While 75% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Salesforce CRM platform experience

  • 5 years of Cisco Webex Enterprise solution experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
