About US Consulting Office of the CIO

The US Consulting Office of the CIO is committed developing and implementing the strategy for IT technology investments for the Consulting practice, managing the portfolio of technology projects delivered by ITS for Consulting, and representing Consulting interests in ITS and global/green dot initiatives. The CIO focuses on identifying cost and productivity improvements, supporting the development of security frameworks for IT assets and tools, increasing IT process maturity and improving overall integration. Key priorities include, but are not limited to emerging technology needs such as a wide range of virtualization tools, drive compliance with technology framework processes to ensure proper adoption of third party tools and secure product development, rollout of a common cloud platform and transition to cloud hosting.

Work You'll DoThe OCIO PMO Consultant will work closely with the CIO leadership, chief of staff and team members, supporting the day-to-day operations of the CIO office. Job responsibilities include:

  • Support various ITS, Consulting or global/Green dot initiatives relating to technology. Depending on the initiative, involvement may be in a supervisory role or requires detailed, hands-on work

  • Plan, facilitate and execute special projects in areas such as cyber, privacy, data management and retention, software development, and training

  • Work closely with ITS Consulting Relationship Managers and support the partnership with ITS account teams such as Technology & Infrastructure, Information Security, Delivery and FinancialsEngage with peers and leadership across Offering Portfolios, Offerings, and Industries to coordinate communication efforts and project activities

  • Support the communication strategy for the CIO office in areas such as news flashes, leadership or business presentations, email distributions

  • Resolve escalated risks and issues for planned projects and ad-hoc requests

  • Support reporting for the CIO portfolio of investments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of work experience (technical field preferred)

  • Good understanding of general business operations, communication, marketing and knowledge management

  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products required (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail required for data analysis, trouble-shooting, issue resolution, reporting and communications

  • Able to work in team settings or independently on multiple assignments while maintaining quality deliverables

  • Some level of familiarity with cyber security and technology standards, privacy and compliance frameworks and their potential impact on businesses preferred

  • Experience in project management, Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow a plus

  • Location: US-Open. Occasional travel required
