Deloitte Media Campaign Supervisor in Atlanta, Georgia

Work you'll do
Manage media campaigns and reporting with strong focus on digital platforms to include Meta, Google Ads, and more.
Supervise the performance of and personally perform hands-on-keyboard buying and trafficking across Meta, Google Ads, and more.
Craft annual media strategy & guidelines for the client based on competitive marketplace, media trends, consumer insights, and client communication objectives
Collaborate with Strategy team to identify and evaluate new-to-market media proposals, technology, trends for the client and internal teams
Work closely with creative, production, and account teams to launch and successfully execute campaigns.
Analyze the performance of assigned campaigns, making team approved strategy recommendations to improve effectiveness
Identify potential client issues and work with team to develop solutions
Support in the planning and implementation of traditional campaigns (e.g., outdoor media) from initial brief through to post campaign analysis

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar field
5+ years of experience leveraging paid, earned, and owned media strategies and media planning with 2+ years of experience in a supervisor / team lead role
Experience successfully developing and managing complex campaigns
Hands-on-keyboard digital media buying expertise with focus on digital platforms (e.g. streaming), social media (e.g., Meta) and Google (e.g. YouTube, Search).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Note: the ability to travel is required but travel is not expected for the initial project assignment associated with this opportunity and significant travel is generally considered rare within this offering.
Preferred:
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis, findings, and recommendations for marketing campaigns internally and to the client
Understanding of 3rd party tracking and serving technologies
Traditional planning experience (e.g. outdoor media, TV).
Additional experience leading Marketing Technology-specific client strategy
