Work you ll do
As a Marketer in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways. You will build specific programs, utilizing innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, to bring the full capabilities of the firm to bear with maximum reach and impact to the market. This role will support a variety of campaigns and activations in markets across the U.S.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborates with Marketplace leadership and Green Dot Agency to advise and/or lead strategic activations for markets across the U.S.
Develops, maintains, and drives prioritization of marketing activities for specific campaigns or activations
Drives collaboration between the businesses, industries and other colleagues to drive strategic marketing campaigns
Collaborates with PR team to drive media coverage when applicable
Engages other Strategic Marketing Planners to coordinate campaign activities and pull in other capabilities, as appropriate
Contributes to Deloitte s internal marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
Along with Green Dot Agency, develops metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics

5 years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
Strong project management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team in a professional services or multi-departmental company
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
Travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Location: Open/flexible with preference on East and Central region offices
