Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy & Analytics, Analytics & Cognitive in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Assist clients in developing a Shared Services organization and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes. Leverage the use of robotics and cognitive technologies to deliver value to clients and help organizations operate more efficiently. Support post-acquisition integration activities for clients in multiple industries. Evaluate financial market data and deliver strategic recommendations to clients utilizing Morningstar Document Research, Thomson Research, and Factset. Lead and deliver complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative shared services business solutions for leading companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development of immediate and sustainable financial cost reduction opportunities to create scalable and sustainable cost structure to support future growth for clients. Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Design deliverable contents to reflect engagement contracts and client needs and improve deliverable quality though verification and validation of results. Lead initiatives to increase sales for clients. Initiate sales and lead cross-functional teams. Accompany teams in conducting data-driven analytics using Excel and PowerPoint, and deliver training on key client-facing and technical functions.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (any), or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, Business Coordinator or a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Participating in the development of immediate and sustainable financial cost reduction opportunities to create scalable and sustainable cost structure to support future growth for clients;
Setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope;
Designing deliverable contents to reflect engagement contracts and client needs and improving deliverable quality through verification and validation of results;
Leading initiatives to increase sales for clients;
Initiating sales and leading cross-functional teams;
Setting goals and strategy for business segment and supporting P&L control/growth;
Accompanying teams in conducting data-driven analytics using Excel and PowerPoint, and delivering training on key client-facing and technical functions.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

80% travel required.
